Canalside Storytelling Festival

Canalside Storytelling Festival

The Canalside Storytelling Festival showcases poetry, music, and storytelling by artists from diverse backgrounds.

The Canalside Storytelling Festival will showcase a vibrant lineup of poetry, music and storytelling, with local artists sharing their Middle Eastern culture and heritage.

This special event celebrates the cultural contributions of the many thousands of people from the region who have made North Paddington their home, enriching the area’s unique diversity.

As part of the Culture and Creativity on 20th September, the festival will feature live performances of singing, storytelling, and poetry, creating meaningful connections between local communities and artists, and highlighting the beauty of diversity and multiculturalism.

Visitors will have the opportunity to experience the rich traditions and heritage of Westminster’s diverse ethnic communities. The festival warmly welcomes the wider London community, including artists, cultural enthusiasts, tourists, and all who value multicultural exchange.
