Park Royal Stone Soup: Bringing the Community Together Through Food and Stories
Park Royal Stone Soup is a new series of free creative community gatherings that bring residents together through shared cooking, storytelling and conversation.
Inspired by the traditional folk tale Stone Soup, where everyone contributes something small to create something meaningful, each monthly session offers a welcoming space to connect with neighbours, celebrate local cultures and share experiences.
Each two-hour gathering includes a hands-on communal cooking workshop led by a local chef, followed by a shared meal and a storytelling circle featuring local artists, writers and performers. Together, food and stories create opportunities to build friendships, strengthen community connections and celebrate the diversity of Park Royal and North Acton.
Everyone is welcome, whether you enjoy cooking, storytelling or simply meeting new people. Join us for an afternoon of creativity, delicious food and community spirit.
Park Royal Stone Soup is funded by the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation (OPDC).
