In March 2023, Hikayetna launched a series of digital video and photography workshops in collaboration with Gosad funded by the Ealing council, to support the Syrian community in the Ealing.
The workshops were attended by Syrians interested in the digital media production industry.
The initiative is part of Hikayetna’s Digital Media project implemented in London since 2022.
The project’s purpose is to use new media technology to strengthen the voice of the underrepresented, support new talent, and influence social change. Our programmes offer skills training and mentoring to help refugees and migrants in successful careers.
