Harrak Osba’o:

This Syrian pasta with lentils is the ultimate Middle-Eastern dish. It is flavoured with Tamarind, pomegranate, garlic, coriander and caramelized onions, and topped with crispy pita chips.

Mutabal:
This smoky Syrian dip is a delicious way to use aubergine! Eat with warm pita bread.

 

This class will run from 6.30 – 8.30 pm over Zoom. Before the class you will receive the following over email:

  2. Ingredients list and potential alternatives
  3. The Zoom link to access the class
